Our immense excellence in services
ZASTECH offers top-notch service, providing top-of-the-line equipment and non-metallic pipes. These pipes are highly resistant to corrosion, ensuring durability and preventing any leakage. Our team of experts is adept at quickly adapting to new techniques and is also flexible in providing effective solutions. We cater to various industrial sectors, including GRP, GRE, HDPE, and GRV, for a wide range of purposes such as oil rigs, firefighting systems, sewage and stormwater pumping stations, power plants, treatment plants, and more.

GRE/GRP/HDPE PIPE Installation and Fabrication
Our installation and fabrication services for GRE, GRP, and HDPE pipes are highly efficient in industries where materials are prone to corrosion and other environmental impacts. These pipes also possess exceptional properties like fire resistance, high tensile strength, and durability, which contribute to their versatility and capability.

Adhesive Bonded Joints
Our non-metallic adhesive bonded joints offer a highly efficient and convenient solution for joining metallic parts together. These joints possess exceptional properties, including excellent resistance to corrosion, as well as remarkable durability and hardening strength.

PVC/UPVC/PPR Jointing
These pipes are highly effective in industries that serve multiple purposes, including plumbing, drainage systems, and more. Jointers like PVC and UPVC utilize elbow jointing pipes that are connected using solvents. On the other hand, PPR jointers are fused together through a fusion process. These pipes possess exceptional qualities that enable them to withstand high levels of pressure.

GRE/GRP Spooling
GRE and GRP spooling techniques are widely employed in a range of applications, including stormwater pumping systems, firefighting systems, and others. These methods involve the use of threading to securely fasten the joint pipes.
GRE Saddle with SS Nipple
Rubber seal lock joint
These joints are essential for the secure fastening of pipes and other equipment that facilitate the transfer of gases or various chemical and non-chemical substances, including water and gases. Their primary function is to prevent leakages, ensuring a safer environment.
Flanged and Stub End Joint
This apparatus consists of a pipe with one end flared and the other end square-cut. It is utilized for connecting pipes commonly found in pressure pipes that are suitable for vessel systems.
Threaded Pipe Joint
These help in securing the pipes that are joined together horizontally and prevent it from further instances such as leakages. These are mostly efficient in uses or applications that include pressure or temperature.
In-situ Benching Lamination
Manhole Lamination
Manhole Lamination refers to a lamination process utilized in the construction of drainage or sewage systems. This process ensures that the pipes are securely sealed, providing resistance against high pressure and effectively preventing any potential leaks.
GRE/GRP Lamination
These pipes are also characterized by their outstanding features such as fire resistance, superior tensile strength, and long-lasting durability, all of which enhance their versatility and capability. They are commonly used in the construction of drainage or sewage systems, as they can withstand high pressure and effectively prevent leaks.
Electro Fusion Welding
Pipeline systems and gas pipes utilize this type of welding technique. The materials involved in these weldings include polyethylene, which effectively prevents any additional leakages and enhances the overall safety of the process.
HDPE Butt Fusion & Welding
Butt Fusion and Welding techniques are employed for the purpose of joining pipes. The resulting welded pipes possess the ability to endure both pressure and heat, thereby enhancing their capacity to facilitate the transfer of substances.
Inspection & Testing
Our Inspection and Testing division is composed of a team of highly skilled workers who ensure the utilization of top-notch materials to produce the finest quality products. The state-of-the-art equipment guarantees precise results in accordance with their optimal performance.
